Captain Lee		Master License

"Captain Bill" is very knowledgeable and an extremely interesting, quite colorful individual who makes any charter an enjoyable and memorable one.

William R. Lee is the designated skipper for the vessel and is a 25-year veteran master mariner. Not only is he the designated skipper of the vessel, but he is also a marine surveyor and consultant to the marine industry and is very well versed in most aspects of the marine industry.

Thank you for offering the use of M/V Ocean Quest as a mock boarding platform. Your vessel will provide a realistic training environment for our law enforcement personnel.

M/V Ocean Quest will be used in the production of a Coast Guard law enforcement documentary by TAM Communications. The documentary, produced by Discovery, will primarily focus on operations, training, and qualifications required of law enforcement detachments (LEDETs).
